Lead AI Automation Engineer
Architect and deploy high-throughput, multi-agent pipelines and fault-tolerant middleware for enterprise clients. Replace legacy operational friction with production-grade code.
Mission
You are being hired to permanently replace manual corporate labor with bulletproof, production-grade code. At Stackgrid, we do not build basic wrappers, experimental toys, or hypothetical proof-of-concepts. We build complex, multi-agent orchestrations and high-throughput automated middleware for enterprises handling millions in revenue. Your objective is to dissect fragmented, legacy operational workflows and design the secure, autonomous pipelines that eliminate human latency entirely.
Responsibilities
Architect Multi-Agent Orchestrations: Design, develop, and optimize stateful, context-aware LLM agents utilizing advanced deterministic function-calling mechanisms.
Build Fault-Tolerant Middleware: Engineer serverless middleware layers capable of handling aggressive API rate-limiting, token-consumption tracking, and automated fallback routines with absolute zero downtime.
Pipeline Optimization: Connect disparate enterprise APIs and legacy SQL/NoSQL databases into cohesive, event-driven data flows that run without data silos.
Production Monitoring: Implement rigorous telemetry tracking to monitor system latency, error spikes, prompt drift, and hallucination rates across all active deployments.
Requirements
Production Experience: You must have a verified portfolio demonstrating that you have shipped LLM-powered applications or automated middleware systems into a live production environment serving actual user traffic.
Technical Dominance: Expert-level fluency in Python and TypeScript. You should be completely comfortable writing custom API orchestrations, working raw within serverless infrastructure, and optimizing heavy vector queries.
Architectural Pragmatism: You prioritize data security, input sanitation, and predictable software outputs over AI hype. You write lean, maintainable code and design architectures that do not rely on fragile prompt formatting to survive production loads.
