The Architecture Blueprint

We designed and engineered a custom, event-driven middleware orchestration layer that connects directly to Simplify Digital Co.’s internal email servers and secure file transfer protocols via private webhooks. When a raw invoice payload lands, it triggers a multi-modal data pipeline that strips out metadata and flattens nested tabular document arrays.

The ingestion engine streams the data blocks through an isolated instance of Claued 3.5 Sonnex to convert unstructured text into explicit, schema-validated JSON arrays. To ensure total operational stability, the pipeline processes data through a strict deterministic verification layer. This layer dynamically queries the company's central SQL ledger, cross-checks unit prices against historical contracts, runs tax calculations, and logs the execution metrics. If the values align within a strict 0.01% error margin, the system automatically executes a state mutation in the client's live accounting database, completing the transaction ledger instantly without a human ever touching a keyboard.
